About the place

Hi, 

Since two of my roommates are moving to different towns for new work or to write a thesis, this April, two rooms will become available in this characterful house from the 1930s on walking distance from train station Eindhoven Strijp-S. This room encompasses two smaller rooms besides each other. One can be used as a bedroom while the other can be used as an office for example. The rooms are offered bare (without furniture, with curtains, lights, etc.) and both have a big built-in closet. If desired, I can arrange that the room is furnitured – let me know if this would be convenient. For the rest the pictures speak for themselves. And finally, we share the living room (40m2), kitchen (12m2), garden (200m2), and bathroom (12m2). All of those are furniture and ready for use. 

I am the third roommate and also owner of the house – this makes communication super easy. I bought the house in 2020 and have since then lived here with different roommates. As a student with fellow students and now, as young professional, with other young professionals. I am working as Technical Expert in ship propulsion technology for which I am in Drunen during the week and when necessary to locations worldwide. 

The ideal roommates that fit this house are starting a new job, traineeship, or graduation thesis and is social and entrepreneurial. Of course, during working hours we will have our things to do but I always want to ensure that we spent time together in our house. For example, we have diner together almost every day of the week. Together we can enjoy a great summer in the garden while having the time and space to focus on our work. 

The availability of the room is until September - this is due to a big upcoming renovation. We will keep closely in touch about this so we both know what we are up to and don’t run into surprises.
