About the place

The house is newly occupied and therefore newly painted and furnished. A fully modern kitchen have just been installed with dishwasher, Fridge, oven, microwave and induction stove. The house has a big bathroom and nice cozy living room with open kitchen, eating area and sitting/relaxing area. The house is centrally located which means everything is withing 10 mins walking distance (city center, station, TUe, Fontys and supermarket). You will be sharing the house with three other housemates. We are looking for a friendly person who is easy to get along and bring positive vibes and have healthy habits and hobbies. We prefer someone who is 25+ years old. The first floor is all girls floor which have 3 bedrooms. One of the girl will be leaving by the end of October and we are looking for a girl to take over her room.
