About the place

Perfect location for a Student & Employees of TU Eindhoven only 5 mins walk (just across the road), 10 mins walk to city center and super market just in next street. The house is newly painted and newly furnished with new carpet, wardrobe and bed and large living room and a big garden.
I am Scientific Programmer at TU Eindhoven and preferable looking for someone who is studying or working at TU but open to other professionals also. The room can be taken for short term as well as up to 1 year. The room is only for one person, couples not allowed. We don't want to overcrowd the house.
