About the place

Hello,

This is a three-bedroom single-family home, one of which I'd like to rent out. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed and a large closet.

I'm a single 43-year-old man who works freelance from home. I'm also reliable, relaxed, don't smoke, and there are no pets. I have many interests, lots of friends I enjoy meeting, and I enjoy dancing. I previously studied physics.
