About the place

I am looking for a student to take over my contract at The Social Hub. The room is available from the 1st of May, and my contract runs until the 30th of June, but there is a possibility of extension. The contract will be signed directly with The Social Hub. The rent is approximately €1097 per month, including all utilities and service costs. 
The room is fully furnished and ready to move in. It is located on the 12th floor with a city view. It comes with a queen-size bed, desk, wardrobe, TV, and a private bathroom. The kitchen is shared with 10 people and has fridges, freezers, two ovens and 2 microwaves.
