About the place

A comfortable 14 m² room will soon be available in our clean and friendly student house. The house is located in a quiet residential area, just 7 minutes by bike from the city centre, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, and the TU/e. The High Tech Campus and the A2/A67 motorway connections are also close by.
The room is carpeted and comes with its own washbasin. You’ll share a spacious, well‑equipped kitchen (with fridge and microwave), a tidy bathroom, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. Behind the house, you’ll find a large garden with a bike shed.
The rent is excluding utilities, but including service charges. Gas/water/electricity is arranged collectively by the housemates.
