Spacious room of 18 m2 a small student house in Stratum. There is a shared living room, neat kitchen, bathroom and toilet, which you share with 3 housemates (all nice dutch students, male). There is also a courtyard with a bikeshed. At the walking distance you will find a supermarket, snack bar, pizzeria. It’s situated in 10 minutes from the city center and the bus stop is right around the corner.
