About the place

Two rooms are opening up in our cozy student house! We are looking for two fun new housemates to join us.
The house is in a great location within the ring road, close to all amenities. Both rooms come furnished:
• Room 1: 14 m² (€ 605.00 all-in, incl. gas/water/electricity and service charges)
• Room 2: 11 m² (€ 543.00 all-in, incl. gas/water/electricity and service charges)
We share a kitchen, a neat bathroom and toilet, and a spacious living room that is perfect for hanging out together. There is also a separate, lockable bicycle storage available.
You will be sharing the house with 4 other housemates (making a total of 5 people in the house). Internet is included. Since the prices are completely all-in, you won't face any unexpected costs.
