You enter the house through the front door with a covered entrance. The toilet and meter cupboard are located on the left. The oak staircase leads to the first floor. The coat rack is located on the right. You enter the living room through the interior door.
Living Room and Kitchen
Near the door, you will find the controls for the house's central heating and ventilation system. The spacious cooking area is located at the front of the house. The Bruynzeel kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is a large under-stairs cupboard in the living room, which contains a freezer.
The living room is comfortable, spacious, bright, and energy-efficient. Double glazing, underfloor heating, and good insulation contribute to this. The house is quiet. A modern Ambilight television is available in the sitting area. The bright living room features large windows with French doors leading to the garden.

Garden and Terrace
At the rear of the house, you can enjoy the sunny southeast-facing terrace and the beautiful row of beech trees.
