About the place

Furnished double room on the first floor with PVC laminate flooring, curtains, built-in wardrobe, and balcony. The entire home is neat and well-maintained, and only tidy working people live there. It is NOT a party house with communal activities; instead, everyone is independent and reserved, keeping to themselves and doing their own thing. I am only looking for men who want to live neatly without noise disturbances or hassle. A cleaning lady comes every other week to clean the shared areas. The current residents all work and are of various nationalities. As long as the advertisement is visible, responses can be submitted, and the room has not yet been assigned. I am very discerning!
