About the place

Furnished double room on the second floor with laminate flooring, curtains, a sink. The entire house is neat and tidy, and only tidy students from the university live there. It's NOT a party house with communal activities. Residents are independent and do their own thing. A total of six people, one of whom is never present, so practicly 5. Therefore, I'm also looking for students who want to live and study in a tidy manner, free from noise and commotion. This involves two adjacent rooms, the smaller of which can be used as a bedroom. A cleaner comes every other week to clean the shared spaces.
