About the place

This furnished and upholstered room is located on the ground floor, facing the garden, and features PVC laminate flooring and curtains. The room includes a spacious wardrobe, a single bed, and a desk with a chair. The entire house has recently been fully renovated and is ready to be rented to university-educated male tenants. Residents are independent and do their own thing. A cleaner comes every other week to clean the shared spaces. In this room, you share the kitchen, bathroom, and two toilets with four other people. The kitchen has a combination oven and refrigerator/freezer. There is also a washing machine in the basement. This room is available for short stays of at least six months. Therefore, it is suitable for interns, interim students, or professionals, but also for long-term stays. I am the owner and landlord and do my best to bring in the best people to ensure a quiet, peaceful, safe, and clean environment. The house accommodates six people, two with private facilities and four with private ones. There is also a large paved garden with a shed and rear access. Please note: only quiet, tidy residents are allowed. This is not a party house!  As long as the ad is visible you can respond.
