About the place

The studio is spacious, clean, and private, with plenty of natural light.
The room is a non-self-contained space, meaning it is part of my house, but it can be accessed via a private, separate entrance as well as through the extension next to the kitchen.
The space is furnished with a bed, a dining table with chairs, a sofa, a refrigerator, and a small wardrobe. Housing allowance is not possible. Smoking is not allowed in the room.
In addition, some basic kitchen utensils are provided.
Shops are very close by, and the bus stop is within walking distance.
The room is available for girls only.
