About the place

There is a fully furnished 15m² attic available  for someone who is working in Eindhoven from July 5th. The house is near Cassandraplein. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and toilet. But most of the time you will use it alone.

Rent is €830 all inclusive and deposit is one month rent. Except the cost of the cleaning lady €30 per time. Minimum rent for 12 months.
Important: you don't pay anything without seeing the room. The room is with registration if needed.
