About the place

A completely cozy, no-nonsense women's student house (visit our Villavesta website) where each room has a personal washbasin, is fully furnished (with net curtains and blackout blinds) and partially furnished, features insulated pine laminate flooring, white walls, individually controlled room temperature, Wi-Fi, wired internet/TV connection, double glazing with tilt-and-turn windows, and LED lighting.
Fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, gas stove, oven, large refrigerator), washing machine, freezer, and ironing facilities.
A neat and clean student house. We also use a cleaning schedule, which ensures a "clean" house.

We don't eat together every day, and there are no obligations. However, we do enjoy sitting outside in our backyard (in the summer) and knocking on each other's doors.

No agency or administration fees.
