Are you a working professional looking for a quiet place to live in Eindhoven? Then this room might be just the thing for you!

About the room and property:
The room is approximately 11 m² and is located in a spacious flat totalling 91 m². The room is unfurnished, so you can decorate it entirely to your own taste.
You will share the property with one housemate and have access to a living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony. There is also the option of a parking space at an additional cost.

The property is in a convenient location:
Approximately a 20-minute walk to the city centre
Bus stop right outside the door (approx. 10 minutes to the station)
Good transport links to Veldhoven and surrounding business parks

About the flatmate:
You will be living with one male flatmate (aged 28), who is often away for work. As a result, you will often feel as though you have the flat to yourself. The atmosphere in the flat is calm and relaxed, but there is of course room to invite someone over now and then.

Aged between 24 and 40
Male or female, both welcome
Neat and respectful of the property
No pets (not permitted by the landlord)

Practical information:
Rent: €850 per month (including gas, water, electricity, internet and use of furniture etc.)
Available from: 1 May
Tenancy period: 6 months (extension or shorter period negotiable)
