The house is close to all amenities, just off the ring road. there is a shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Nice yard with a bicycle shed. the rent is incl. service costs but excl. gas/water/ electricity bill (these are managed by the tenants themselves). For a quiet senior student or young professional. Only for long term.
