Hey future housemates!
We’re looking for 2 new housemates. (±18–30 years old) for our student house in Eindhoven, available from now until at least september, but probably until december. (temporary stay / anti-kraak).

🏡 Room 1: 15.6 m² (on the ground floor)
 💸 Rent: €380 + €60 utilities (depending on usage)
🏡 Room 2: 14.1 m² (on the ground floor) 
 💸 Rent: €357.5 + €60 utilities (depending on usage) 

 📍 Location: Bergen op Zoomstraat 1, in a convenient area close to Lidl, Nettorama & Albert Heijn, about 5 minutes walking to the bus station, around 15 minutes biking to TU/e and Eindhoven centraal. 

You’ll be living with 6 others (19–30, mix of Dutch & international). We’re a chill and friendly house (so no party house) and enjoy hanging out together, cooking or having movie nights every now and then. The house has everything you need: a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, two toilets, a TV, plus a washing machine and dryer.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys living in a student house: social, spontaneous and up for doing things together, but also appreciates a more relaxed, not-too-busy vibe.
