About the place

I have a room available in a tidy student house located at the Barrierweg (10 minutes from the city centre, Fontys, TU/e and Design Academy). The house is shared with 7 other people and has 2 kitchens, 2 showers and 2 toilets. 

The room itself has a sink, laminated flooring and comes fully furnished including curtains, desk with chair, bed, chair, closet and internet. The communal areas are cleaned weekly and has a washing machine, garden and bike storage. The rent of the room (13 m2) is € 600 which includes all bills.
