About the place

For a quiet student (non-smoker) in a quiet house and neighborhood. Large attic room with private kitchen, refrigerator, and stove. With internet connection. Private toilet. Everything is neat, well insulated, and some furniture is provided. Only the bathroom is shared. Only for a student. Preference for a boy who doesn't mind being alone in the house for a few weeks occationally.  Use of washing machine possible. For those who don't like living in a busy student house. For only 1 person, occasional overnight stays by someone else are no problem.
