Hi everyone!

I’m looking for **3 flatmates in Ede! 🏠**

There is a full, two-floor house in Ede with **3 rooms available**. The house is very close to **Ede train station**, has a garden, and is a detached house that was renovated this year.

The house has **4 rooms in total**, with one room already occupied. I’m looking for 3 more people to join!

🏠 **The house includes:**

* A shared kitchen and living room
* 2 bathrooms
* A shared garden
* Extra shared storage space in the attic
* 3 rooms available:

  * One room with a **private bathroom**
  * One downstairs room with **two windows**
  * One room that is currently unfurnished in the photos but **will be furnished**

💰 **Rent:** approximately €500–€700/month, depending on the room, excluding bills. The exact prices will be determined next week, as the lawyer is currently finalising the contract.

We are potentially looking for people who:

* Can move in around **October**
* Plan to stay for **at least one year**
* Are working or studying, preferably at **Master’s level or above**, or are at least **22 years old**
* Want to make the place feel like a home and contribute to the shared living space, including potentially buying common items together
