About the place

In 2021, the entire house was thoroughly renovated. As a result, both the room and the shared spaces are modern, neat, and practically as good as new.

The room is located on the second floor and is fully furnished in light, neutral tones. With a surface area of over 19 m², the room offers plenty of space and comfort. It includes, among other things, a small double bed (nice and spacious), a desk for studying, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bench, coffee table, built-in bookshelf with lighting, and a TV suitable for streaming. Everything is shown in the photos — so you only need to bring your personal belongings.

Shutters and curtains provide optimal blackout and peace whenever you want. Thanks to the air conditioning, the room stays pleasantly cool in summer and warm in winter.

On the first floor, you will find a toilet and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen/living area with a dining table and bench seating for up to 6 people. Meals are occasionally shared here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Prefer to use your own dishes and cutlery? You are welcome to, but it is not necessary.

The shared bathroom is also located on the second floor and includes a shower and toilet. Use of the washing machine and dryer is included.

Location
The house is located in Ede Veldhuizen. Both shopping centers Parkweide and Bellestein are within walking distance. The center of Ede and the Veluwe are only a few minutes away by bike. The train station is about a 15-minute bike ride away. A parking space in front of the house is also available upon consultation.

About the housemates
You will share the house with two friendly women. One works and the other studies. They will advise on the final selection of the new housemate.

Contract information
The room is offered under a campus contract, meaning the rental is only valid during the period of study.

Important: this type of contract is legally only permitted for students. Enrollment at an educational institution is mandatory and will be verified. This is a strict requirement.
