About the place

Hi girls, 

A large room is becoming available in Ede (in the Veldhuizen neighborhood) starting September 15th! 🏡🤍 Our current housemate has really enjoyed living here, but she’s moving out because she’s now studying in Utrecht. 

The room is 22 m², gets loads of natural light ☀️, and is wonderfully spacious. The rent is €495 per month, all-inclusive! 

You’ll be living in a cozy house with 4 other housemates; you’ll share the bathroom, kitchen, and toilet with 3 of them. There’s also a studio apartment on the ground floor, making us a total of 5 housemates. We have a lovely garden 🌿🌞 where we can sit together, eat, have drinks, and just enjoy ourselves when the weather is nice!

The location is great, too 📍 There’s a bus stop practically right outside the door 🚌, making it easy to get to the city center and the train station. You’re also close to the university and the university of applied sciences. Plus, there are two shopping centers nearby with various supermarkets and shops for your daily groceries. 🛒

The room already comes with a comfy bed, a sofa with a fold-out seat, and a round chair. These are available for €225. It saves you the hassle of hunting for furniture and moving it all in.
