About the place

Hello room-seekers!!

A new room will become available in our cozy house in Hoefweg 29, from 8 of April!

You are going to live with 2 master students and 2 PhDs from WUR! We are a Portuguese, Greek, American and Bolivian house and we like to spend time together and we also enjoy our spaces. 

The room is approximately 14 m² and come unfurnished (but our roommate wants to sell her furniture such as bed, mattress, desk, etc. if  anyone is interested) and costs 392 €/pm. 

There’s a toilet and a toilet with shower to be shared among the 5 of us. We also have a laundry room, storage room and large balcony where to enjoy the sunny days! 

From our house it is about a 20-minute bike ride to the WUR and the Bongerd, a 1-minute walk to the CHE, a 5-minute bike ride to the supermarket and a 15-minute walk to Ede-Wageningen station.

This is a Idealis building, so you need to be full time student, PhD or intern to be eligible. (Eligible institutions: Wageningen University, Christian University of Applied Sciences Ede, Aeres University of Applied Sciences Wageningen, Rhine IJssel, location Wageningen, Aeres MBO, Ede location; Dulon College, Ede.) Please verify your eligibility on the Idealis website.
