About the place

For rent (temporary): a room of 8 m² on Akulaan in Ede, suitable for a working and/or studying woman aged 21 to 35. The room is located in a luxurious 85 m² apartment built in 2022, directly next to Ede-Wageningen train station.

The apartment features a large kitchen-living room, a spacious bathroom, a laundry room, and a separate toilet. These facilities are shared with one female housemate. There is also a dog living in the apartment. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The bedroom comes furnished with a wardrobe, a four-poster bed (140 × 200 cm), and a desk. In addition, the apartment has a balcony and a bicycle storage area.

The shopping centre just around the corner offers shops, restaurants, cafés, and more. The Ede campus is a 10-minute bike ride away, Ede city centre is 15 minutes by bike, and a beautiful forest is just a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is located directly next to the train station, making it easy to reach Wageningen University by bus in under 20 minutes. Utrecht Central Station can be reached by train in approximately 25 minutes, and Nijmegen in approximately 35 minutes.
