About the place

We are currently looking for a fun and social international female who is keen to live in a special place with a great group of people (Mostly international, mostly working and mostly between 25-35). We offer a cosy room with private shower and toilet in a beautiful old farm. Large garden included and 15 min from central Amsterdam.
 
You will have a room with your own shower and toilet and large windows (19m2 in total) and the usage of a number of common rooms. There are 13 other people and 3 cats and our family lives next door (3 young girls, a big dog). Oh and 6 chickens so fresh eggs).
 
The farm is next to the metro and train station Duivendrecht, 13 minutes from Amsterdam central station, and with direct trains to most cities. Within 20 minutes biking you are in the centre of Amsterdam. There are shared kitchens (2) common dining room and relaxation rooms. There is a big garden with hammock and a pool (not huge but still) and where we do lots of BBQ' s. We also throw big parties in the cellar. There are always people keen to hang out or go for drinks and nights out. But there is also plenty of space to do your own thing too. Being part of the house does mean helping with the upkeep of the garden.

Rent is 875 euro a month including all bills. Deposit is 1275 euros. Registration is possible. No couples unfortunately- the council does not allow that. No pets either sorry. 
We are looking for someone aged 25-35 at the beginning of their working life and who enjoys the idea of creating a home and active social life feeling in this country side place ín Amsterdam.  
More boring but important- we do need you to have a very stable income (preferably a permanent contract). And we very much prefer a minimum of 1 year stay. So not really suitable for those in internships, sorry, our mortgage company does not agree with internships as stable income.
