The apartment is fully furnished, and the layout/furniture cannot be rearranged. This place is for one person only — no guests staying over, no couple arrangements, no weekend sleepovers.

3 months → €1,500 / month

Short-term rates are higher to cover the extra time and effort involved in tenant turnover.
