Own parking for your bike next to the house. 30 minutes to Utrecht University. Other tenants are students from Utrecht University as well.

There is also a bus stop within 3 minutes walk from the house that can take you to University.

The rent is including all costs like good internet, gas, water and electricity.

We have a policy that you buy new bedlinnen for the next tenant when you live. So when you arrive the bed will be fresh and ready to sleep in.
