Are you looking for a bright, fully furnished student room in Dordrecht, in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery and parks? Then this room may be a great fit for you.

The room is approximately 12 m² and is located in a fully furnished home of approximately 63 m², occupied by only two students in total. This means you share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and other communal areas with just one other student.

THE ROOM
The room has a large window with plenty of natural daylight and views of the green surroundings. It is fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, spacious wardrobe, desk, comfortable office chair, chest of drawers, additional storage cabinet, mirror, rug, curtains, lighting, laminate flooring and heating. The desk provides a comfortable private place to study or work from home.

SHARED LIVING ROOM
The spacious and nicely furnished living room includes a comfortable sofa, dining table with seating, wall cabinets and additional storage space. The dining table can also be used as an extra study or workspace.

For entertainment, the living room includes a TV, Apple TV, sound system and board games. There is also a cabinet containing crockery, glasses and other household items.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a new Samsung refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, cooking facilities, Siemens washer-dryer combination, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Crockery, cutlery, cookware and various other kitchen essentials are also provided.

ADDITIONAL STORAGE SPACE
Upstairs there is an additional shared area with cupboards for clothing, personal belongings and other storage. An iron and ironing board are also provided, giving you additional storage space outside your private room.

LARGE GARDEN WITH COVERED SEATING
The property has a spacious back garden with a table and chairs. Under the covered area there is an additional seating area, allowing you to comfortably sit outside even when the weather is less favourable. A great place to relax, eat outside or spend time together.

QUIET LIVING, QUICK CONNECTION TO ROTTERDAM
The house is located in a quiet, green residential area with several parks nearby. Dordrecht Central Station is approximately 5 minutes away by bicycle.

From Dordrecht, Rotterdam is very easy to reach: the train journey from Dordrecht to Rotterdam Blaak takes approximately 11 minutes. This makes the room particularly convenient if you study, work or have an internship in either Dordrecht or Rotterdam.

Don't have your own bicycle? Bicycles are available to rent for €10 per month. Free parking is available on the street.

FURNITURE, APPLIANCES & INVENTORY
In addition to the base rent, a €100 monthly fee applies for the use of the furnishings, appliances and shared household inventory.

This includes bedroom and living room furniture, TV, Apple TV, sound system, kitchen appliances, Samsung refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Siemens washer-dryer combination, crockery, cutlery, cookware, storage cupboards, ironing facilities and garden furniture.

Gas, water and electricity are not included and are charged separately.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The property is intended for two students in total. We are looking for a tidy and responsible student who enjoys a peaceful and well-kept living environment and takes good care of the property, furniture, appliances and shared spaces.

You are therefore not simply renting a furnished 12 m² bedroom: together with only one other student, you share a complete 63 m² home with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, additional storage space and a spacious garden with covered seating.
