Your living space:

Is a 12m² room in a maisonette apartment on the edge of Dordrecht city center. It is located on the 5th floor with beautiful windows overlooking the Wantij river and the Villa Augustus watertower. The room features a single loft bed, a small cabinet serving as stairs to the bed, a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable armchair, and a separate seating area from which you can enjoy looking outside.

The bathroom is also on the 5th floor and the toilet on the 4th floor.

I have a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and a kettle available for you to use.

I live one floor down myself.

I am looking for someone to share my apartment with in order to split the costs. Preferably someone who is often on their own (in the room) or away from home. Not because I am unsociable, but so that we both feel like we are living independently without ‘social pressure’. I’m from home quite a lot myself aswell.

I am a 38-year-old woman, young at heart 😉. I am reasonably quiet, tidy, and clean. I would also find these qualities very pleasant in a housemate.
