I am offering a room in a terraced house in a save an quiet part in downtown Diemen. The room is on the 1st floor. There are a kitchen, shower and toilet that is shared with one person (lady).

Room has its own heating that you control yourself. There is a sink in the room with running water (hot/cold) and some cupboards.

The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and electric hob and extractor. 

Downtown Amsterdam is 8 mins by train, 25 mins by bike, trams and buses within walking distance.

Registration possible, bikes can be stalled in the garden, free parking (Blue zone) in front of the house.
