HUIZE TARWEKAMP is looking for a new housemate

Are you between 22 and 35 years old, enjoy hanging out together from time to time, are tidy and clean, and like a friendly/social atmosphere? Then we might be looking for you!

You’ll be sharing the house with 4 friendly housemates (male/female), all of whom study and/or work in and around Amsterdam. The apartment is located in Diemen, near Diemen-Zuid station. You can cycle to central Amsterdam in 20 minutes. The night bus (to Rembrandtplein) stops right outside the door, the Diemen shopping centre is a 5-minute bike ride away, and the supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials (two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a cleaner who comes by every so often to clean the house) and has a garden!

A room will become available from 1 September. It is a furnished room of approximately 12 m² and costs €695 per month, including utilities.

For this room, there is a one-time €150 registration fee, a €695 deposit, and a 12-month rental contract (until 31 August 2027), with a minimum stay of 6 months.

This is a student rental contract, meaning you must meet one of the following requirements:

You live in the Netherlands and are moving to another municipality to live closer to your place of study, or
You are moving to the Netherlands from abroad to study.
