About the place

Are you a student aged 25 or older, tidy and clean, and do you enjoy a sociable living environment? Then we are looking for you!

You will be sharing the house with four housemates (male and female), most of whom already work in and around Amsterdam. The apartment is located in Diemen, just a stone's throw from Diemen-Zuid station.

You would be living with:
Donna (23, art student and nature enthusiast)
Boris (30, musician and teacher of languages and history)
Neeltje (30, journalist and musician)
Marijn (29, working in the fashion industry)

The centre of Amsterdam is within a 20-minute bike ride, and Bijlmer and Amstel stations are only 10 minutes away by bike. The apartment is fully equipped with all the conveniences you could need: two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a projector, and a cleaner who comes once a month to give the house a thorough clean in addition to our own cleaning schedule.

We share the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and storage room, and we also have a spacious back garden! :)

From 1 July, a 10 m² room overlooking the garden will become available for €470 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, and the monthly cleaner. There is a €75 registration fee and a €500 security deposit. Registration at the address is possible.
