oom for rent 10m2 from my house 101 m2 with a garden and terrace in Diemen Zuid. you are going to share the apartment with another 3 persons.
The rent is 700 Euro per month(incl G/W/E).
There is a small fridge in the room.
The apartment is within walking distance to team 9(Artent"s krijtsstraat) and 10 minutes biking distance to the Science Park, Watergraafsmeer/Amsterdam Amstelveen.
Diemen-Zuid metro station is 8 min walking distance.
The shopping centre is 7 min biking distance(Diemen-Centrum).
There is a swimming pool which is nearby as well.
I am looking for a person who is going to live for at least 4 months.
The living room is about 28 m2, there is a bathroom with a bath and douche /eating room/WC and new Kitchen fully furnished.
There is a basement to keep your bike or luggage.
We would like to meet the people for viewing face to face, so not on Viber, Whatsapp, or Facetime etc...
