I am Ludovico, a second year master student in Mathematical Logic and AI. I live in Diemen North, Klipperweg 9 (5 mins from Science Park and 15 mins from the city centre by bike) with one other second year master students. We have a vacant room starting from January for the whole year in our independent house (independent means with garden and bike spots included). The room is cozy and comfortable. The price is 800 euros excluded utilities. If you want we can arrange a viewing from January onwards :)
