Hi everyone! I am looking for a female subrenter for a spacious room in a modern 2-bedroom apartment in Diemen Zuid.

✨ Key Details:
Rental Period: 13th July to 18th December 2026 
Monthly Rent: €1,200 (Incl. water, electricity, gas, and internet).
Deposit: €1,200 (1 month's rent).
The Room & Apartment: The room comes partially furnished with a bed and wardrobe. You will have access to a shared living area incl. a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom/separate toilet, a balcony, and an in-unit washer/dryer.
The Flatmate: You will be sharing the apartment with me a clean, friendly 26-year-old German woman who works full time at the office.

Female professional or studying.
Age preference: 23 to 35 years old.
Clean, respectful, and mindful of shared spaces.
