Room available in Diemen-Zuid for 2–3 months only.
The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the metro/train station and is fully furnished. The room itself is unfurnished, so you would need to bring your own bed and probably a wardrobe.
The room also has direct access to a balcony.
Rent: €1000 per month, all-inclusive
Availability: 2–3 months only, no extension
No smoking / cigarettes and no pets
A little about the living situation: I’m a working professional and usually work 2 days from the office and the other days from home. I really value having a quiet, clean, and tidy home where I can relax, especially after work.
I also don’t really have friends or guests over at the apartment, and I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. So ideally, I’m looking for someone who also prefers a calm home, doesn’t have regular guests or visitors, and is respectful of shared spaces and keeps things clean and tidy. 😅
