The apartment is shared by 2 people in total. You’ll be living with me; all facilities outside the bedroom are shared.
On weekdays I work onsite and usually leave around 10:00 am and return around 8:00 pm.
I’ll be away for the entire month of January, so the whole apartment will be yours :)

6-minute walk to Diemen Zuid metro & train station, 4 minutes to Verrijn Stuartweg metro station.
About 30 minutes by metro to Amsterdam Centraal.
There is a direct train to Schiphol Airport, with a fastest travel time of around 25 minutes.

A SPAR supermarket is 1 minute away on foot. There is an Albert Heijn at Diemen Zuid.
Diemen city center is a 10–15 minute walk, with a large Jumbo and AH XL.

The room is small, about 8 m², and comes furnished (if you don’t like the furniture, we can discuss options).
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, rice cooker, oven, and microwave.
There is a private washing machine, but no dryer.
An unused parking space is available if you have a car.
I also have a bicycle you can borrow.

Looking for a clean and tidy tenant

The room has hard carpet flooring; the previous owner had a cat, and some stubborn cat hair remains in corners and on the floor. Not suitable for people with cat allergies

Sound insulation between rooms is limited; conversations can be heard. Please keep noise to a minimum after midnight

There is a robot vacuum cleaner that runs about once a week

If the kitchen is used, it must be cleaned thoroughly the same evening before going to bed (dishes into the dishwasher, countertop wiped clean).
Since there is no food waste separation, trash must be taken out once the bin is full (about every 3 days), otherwise it will smell.
I rarely cook on weekdays, so this will mostly be your responsibility

Male tenants are required to sit when using the toilet

(In January, while I’m away, things are more flexible. But once I return in February, these rules must be followed.)
