About the place

Hi everyone! 👋

My housemate José and I are looking for a new housemate to join us in our spacious and cozy home in **Diemen-Noord!**

Since our previous housemate has moved out, we have a lovely room available. The room has recently been freshly painted and fully furnished with brand-new IKEA furniture. **The room will be rented exactly as shown in the pictures, so it's ready for you to move in!**

### About the room and the house:

📍 **Location:** Diemen-Noord

🏡 Spacious house with a large front and back garden

🛏️ Fully furnished room

💶 **Rent:** €1,300 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet

🚉 Easy access to Amsterdam by public transport and bicycle

📅 **Available from November 1st**

The house is shared by three people in total. The €1,300 monthly rent represents the new housemate's share of the total rental costs.

### A little about us:

I'm currently studying Economics and Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam (UvA). My housemate José recently graduated in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and is now working.

We're looking for a **friendly, tidy, and sociable housemate** who enjoys living with others while also respecting everyone's privacy and personal space.

### Interested?

Feel free to send us a message telling us a little about yourself! We can then arrange a time for you to come by, have a look at the room, and get to know each other.

Hope to hear from you soon! 😊
