About the place

Hi, I am subletting a furnished room in Diemen Centrum, available from 14 April until 2 May. Preferred Female and age between 20-30. No couples.

🛏️The room is  (approx. 15 m²), + a small balcony.
With a Bed 140x200 + Sheets & Laundry Detergent included. There’s a 4x4 kallax with plenty of space for your stuff.

🍃 House + Roommates
You’ll be sharing a house with two . Female+ Male both 25 .They both work long hours sometimes from home, but they are very chill.

Big Living Room+Kitchen you can use at any time.

There’s a bathroom + tub & and a small restroom.

If the weather is nice you can also enjoy the sun in our garden and even leave your bike there.

📍 location
There’s a metro, tram & train in walking distance that connects to centraal in ~10min. There’s a shopping center with everything in less than 5min
