You have the kitchen to yourself, and you share the shower and toilet with two other tidy people, so it's important that you are tidy too.
Fiber optic internet, wireless, and wired internet are available.
Shops, schools, and the train station are within walking distance.
There is a space in the garden for a bicycle.
Waste is separated.
Deposit is one month; smoking and pets are not permitted.
There are no agency fees.
You can expect everything to work properly and be well-maintained, and we expect you to respect this.
