About the place

**!!Must be a current student!!** (preferably international)

I am looking for someone to take over my room in this apartment in Deventer at the end of July. As long as you are enrolled as a current student, you can stay in this apartment; you do not need to move until you are no longer a student. You can stay for your whole study time here.

Mixed housing: 1 girl until August 2026 and 1 guy are currently living in the apartment. We only speak English in the apartment. Dutch students are allowed. The landlord is Dutch but good with English. 

Water, electricity and internet are included in the rent. Shower, toilet, oven, gas stove, and washing machine are all utilities available in the apartment. The landlord might increase rent, unsure how much or when it will be effective. Another room in the apartment is available as well in July, but it is smaller than this one. Another room will be available at the end of August (around the same size).
