About the place

Hi there!

A spot is opening up in my home in the center of Deventer starting in July. That’s why I’m looking for a new housemate. Sound like something for you? Then keep reading.

About the house:
The house is right in the city center: a 30-second walk from the Brink and 2 minutes from the IJssel river. It’s about 100 m² and features:
- 3 bedrooms (you get 2 of them, each 7 m²),
- Modern kitchen and living room,
- Modern bathroom with a toilet,
- An extra (2nd) toilet,
- A study/home office,
- and a cellar.
The rent is €961, including gas, water, electricity, and internet.

You step right out of the house and into the city: markets, terraces, shops—all within reach. And after a night out, you can practically roll home.

You’ll be sharing all this with just one other housemate: me. I work full-time, exercise outdoors regularly, and often meet up with friends—whether at home, in the city, or at festivals.

I’m looking for a sociable, tidy housemate who enjoys the occasional shared meal, chilling out, or hitting the town together, but is also perfectly happy doing their own thing.
