We currently have one unfurnished room (approx. 9m²) available in a house at Lange Zandstraat 73 in Deventer for €254 per month, excluding utilities. Facilities such as the bathroom, toilet and kitchen do not need to be shared at this time, but will eventually be shared with four housemates.  

The house is located in a quiet residential area in Deventer with good connections to the city centre. A supermarket, bus stop and other daily amenities are within walking and cycling distance. The centre of Deventer and the train station are easily accessible by bicycle or public transport.

Rent excludes gas, water, electricity, internet/TV and municipal taxes;

Service costs are €150 per month for gas, water and electricity;
