Dear room seekers,

We, Villa Stroopwafel 🧇, are looking for two lovely new housemates from October 1st!

You’ll be living with five other (very lovely!) girls: Anouk, Laura, Linde, Noor, and another new housemate! There are two rooms available — see our post from August 15th. :)

We are between 21 and 23 years old. Some of us are studying, some are working, and some are doing both. 📚

Our house is not rented through DUWO, so you don’t have to be a student to live here. We rent from private landlords, and we have a very good relationship with them. ✉️

We have two small common areas where we often eat together. The house also has two toilets 🚽, two showers 🚿, a large kitchen with a dishwasher 🫧, and a laundry room 🧺 with both a washing machine AND a dryer! 🎉

We’re a very close-knit house, so we cook and eat together almost every evening (with whoever is home, of course). We also love doing things together, like going out for drinks, shopping, and other fun house activities. 🏡

In our lovely home, you’re not obliged to join in with anything — except for one thing: the 🧼🫧 cleaning schedule 🧼🫧. A clean and tidy house is very important to us, and we really expect our new housemate to feel the same way! ‼️

The available room is 12m² and has a nice little corner, a characteristic wooden beam, and a lovely large window at the back of the house. The room is located on the first floor. There are also some items/furniture that can be taken over for a price to be agreed upon later.
