The room is 15m2 and cost € 485,- per month. The rent includes gas, water, electricity, TV- and internet- acces.
Nice neigbourhood and shopping mall with stores and supermarket around the corner.
Located very close to station Colmschate.It takes 5 minutes to go to the city center of Deventer by train and there are busstops in front of the house. This makes this house a perfect location for students!
