About the place

Room for rent, ideally situated on the top floor of a cozy student house. The room features its own sink with a tap, while the kitchen, bathroom, and toilets are shared with your housemates.
You also share a backyard and a detached bicycle shed with five other residents. You have exclusive use of the roof terrace, which offers a view of Deventer train station.
The housemates are all students aged 20 to 25.
