About the place

Hey there! We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful shared apartment close to the city center of The Hague. 

The rooms will be available first of October. You'd have two rooms, one with a balcony. The rooms each are fairly small (one 7m² and one 6m²) but taken together make for a lovely living space. There's also a big shared living room. We are looking for someone who intents to stay with us for a longer period of time (minimally a year). The rent is € 570 per month, excluding shared amenities, water & internet bills, taxes, etc. The rooms are rented unfurnished, though there might be an option to take over some furniture from the previous roommate. We have a weekly cleaning schedule, we are a no-shoes household, and we like to keep things nice and clean. 

We are 3 young professionals aged 31-36 years old, looking for the fourth person round about our age who enjoys living with other people and would be happy to join us for activities every now and again. We have diverse hobbies (not necessarily together) like playing music, sewing, bouldering, running and thrifting. 

We value our privacy and personal space, but like eating together when schedules align, watching movies and occasionally doing activities like painting, board games or just going out for a drink. We are not a party house.
