Looking for a comfortable home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood?
This apartment is located in Benoordenhout, The Hague — just 5 minutes from The Hague Central Station and 15 minutes from the beach. It’s a calm, family-friendly area with everything close by: three parks, a supermarket, local shops (we’re on a shopping street), an excellent pizzeria, and a cozy coffee spot right next door.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me as the only housemate. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who works full-time — so no wild parties (with the occasional exception).

Shared spaces include:
	•	A spacious, bright living room, fully furnished
	•	A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher

	•	Total living space: approx. 100 m²

Rent: €1,300 per month (including gas, water, electricity, and furniture in the shared areas)
