About the place

Hey there!

We are looking for a new housemate for our cozy house on Weimarstraat in The Hague! Starting September 1st (moving in earlier in August is possible in consultation), a room on the first floor will become available. The initial rental period is until January 1st, 2026, with a chance of extension. Registration is unfortunately not possible.

You will be sharing the house with two others, including the kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. We are all working professionals, but we also love to cook together, head into the city, or hang out in the neighborhood.

We are looking for someone who:
- 28 years or older
- Speaks Dutch or English
- Is employed (working professional)
- Not suitable for couples
- Tidy and respectful
- Enjoys social interaction
- Loves nature ;)

The rent is €650 per month, including utilities (gas/water/electricity), municipal taxes, and internet. The room comes furnished. Located on Weimarstraat, right between the beach and the city center (both just a 15-minute bike ride away) and in the vibrant Regentessekwartier, you get a great place in return!
